I'm so glad you're here!

You might recognize me from Splash of Color Painting. That's still me and I'm still painting away, too!  The time, though, has come to share with you what we've been doing behind the scenes for a few select clients over the years. Painting and interior design has always gone hand in hand, but some clients prefer these services a' la carte. You can now work with me in any interior design capacity, large or small. Need help with just a color consultation? I'm your girl. Need help project managing an entire remodel? This girl can help with that, too!  I'd love to help with any and all of your home's needs.

For those of you who I'm just now meeting, WELCOME! Here's a little background into what's shaped my love for interior design and being a business woman. I grew up in a family of small-business owners and knew I'd follow in their footsteps one day. I started "waiting tables" around age 4 in my parents' restaurant. This taught me valuable customer service skills at a young age. No joke! Weekend outings with my mother and grandmother consisted of visiting model homes and furniture stores. My parents would come home to me re-arranging my bedroom furniture and restyling my room. Fast-forward to 2004 when hubby and I purchased our first home: it was a fixer-upper to say the least. We spent countless hours painting and remodeling. This re-ignited my love for all things "design" and by 2005 Splash of Color was born.  Now almost 20 years later, I'm still obsessed with design and living beautifully.  

When I'm not designing and painting, I love entertaining, fine food and wine, country concerts and lake life.  You'll never come to an event or simple Sunday night dinner at our house without my attention to detail to make it a night to remember.  Spending time with my closest friends, family and fur baby makes my life complete.
